Ortiz Anchovies

Conservas Ortiz anchovies come from just off the northern coast of Spain in the Cantabrian Sea—a region widely considered to produce the most flavorful anchovies. These umami-rich anchovies are preserved in salt for at least six months before being hand-filleted one by one for rich taste and texture. Reach for these when you want an authentic Caesar dressing, spaghetti alla puttanesca, or to jazz up a hot NY slice. They’re also delicious straight from the jar.

— Wonderfully versatile for cooking or serving
— Every fish is caught in-season and preserved fresh for the best flavor
— Unlike tins, you can reseal the jar if you only want a few.
