Barrel Aged Apple Cider Vinegar

Made from tart, crisp Hudson Valley apples picked at their juiciest, Laurel & Ash Farm's apple cider vinegar is slowly fermented before resting in New York white oak barrels. The result is bright and lively with a perfect balance of sharp and sweet.  In fact, some call it “Hudson Valley sunshine captured in a bottle.”

— Crafted in small batches from Hudson Valley apples
— Beautiful in vinaigrettes, marinades, and shrubs. The office chatter is that this would be great on collards, too.
— In The Taste of Country Cooking, Edna Lewis recounts that jars of vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar and sauces were the centerpiece to every table. “Everyone was free to mix his or her own dressing for the salad.” We love this table tradition!
